Fitness | Workout In Your Underwear | Workouts at Home in Trunks Pt. 2

Hey guys this is Drake Abshire from The Underwear
Expert. Spring’s around the corner so today I’m going
to show you three bodyweight squat excercises that are going to get your legs toned and
ready for shorts season. Each exercise will be paired with a spring-worthy
trunk from The Underwear Expert’s curated underwear club. Trunks are one of the best cuts for showing
off those leg gains. When you’re done feeling the burn, crawl over

when you sign up for the club. The first exercise I’m going to show you is
chair squats. For this excercise I’m wearing the Parke & Ronen
Clipper Print stretch trunk. This trunk has just the right amount of give
to accomodate big leg movements, and the vibrant pattern and satin finish waistband are sure
to stand out in the locker room. So for this exercise we’re starting with our
feet together for the chair squat. What you’ll do is make sure knees stay all
the way together. It’s just like a normal squat as far as the
depth goes and your form, but you wanna make sure the legs stay together rather than out
wide and separated. So you come down. Chest stays up, nice and deep, try to get
past ninety degrees if your body allows you to. If you don’t have the flexibility that’s ok. Come all the way down, and then you’re going
to drive right back up. Just make sure that you keep pressing your
knees and thighs together in this movement. Here we’re working just that outer part of
the quads. You’re going to feel that little sweep there
at the outside of the quads for this movement here. Keep pressing them together, and driving through
the heels. And that’s your chair squat. The next exercise I’m going to show you is
the lateral lunge to curtsy lunge. For this exercise I’m wearing the mosaic print
trunk by Unsimply Stitched. This trunk has a fun design and a cotton spandex
blend that will keep you comfortable while providing maximum support. For this exercise again we’re going to start
with our feet together. You’re going to step out to your right, and
you’re going to drop just like if you were doing a lateral lunge so you’re bending at
the knee and sitting back just like if you were trying to find a chair behind you. Right, so I’m bending, back leg stays straight. I’m coming back to the center, and I’m sweeping
my leg right behind and I’m dropping my knee directly behind my heel, then coming right
back up into position. So lateral, sweeping the leg behind, dropping
the knee. Again my chest stays up nice and tall, and
just repeat. Alright, and that’s your lateral lunge to
curtsy lunge. The last exercise I’m going to show you is
wide to narrow jump squats. For this exercise I’m wearing the blue liquid
trunk by Wood. This trunk is an awesome pair for the gym,
because it features a moisture-wicking wood cellulose blend. It’s designed to prevent riding up on the
leg. So for the wide to narrow jump squat what
you’ll do is start with your feet all the way together. You’re going to jump into a wide squat position
while dropping down low into a squat. So it’s a jump squat out. Come down nice and slow. You’re going to jump back up and together. It’s just gonna’ be a light tap with your
feet together at the center, and then right back out to repeat the movement. So take it down, right back to the center,
lightly tap, and jump right back out this way. Just remember with this one to be light on
your feet, and keep your chest up tall. Remember knees go outward, and don’t cave
in in your squat, and also keep the abs engaged nice and tight. So that’s wide to narrow jump squats. Easy, right? So that’s it for our look at fitness in your
underwear. Remember you can find all the pairs of underwear
that you saw today in The Underwear Expert’s curated underwear club. Use the promo code FITNESS for 30% off your
